Empathy

Thinking in people's shoes is not something effortful for me. I have always been the friend to give comfort. I may not always know how to give good solutions, but I have no problem seeing things from their sides.  I would consider this as one of my leverage especially as a speech language pathologist. I am sensitive towards the emotions and feelings of people (parents) I come contact with, but I may not  always know how to handle the situations. That's why maybe, I am never a fan of dramas (real life dramas, like girls fight and whatever kind of relationship-related issues etc.). It tires me when I feel it so much yet I don't have an answer to it.  Honestly speaking, sometimes, I get burdened because I can relate to what a person is going through very well. This is why I tend to be a lil ___ (I don't have the perfect word to fill in) with families I work with. Professionally speaking, this is an area I need to further develop, if one day I were to consider work...
