A TRIP TO PENANG(PART1)

It was my first trip with my family this year I think.Well,we only put off around 10.ooa.m. It was surely an enjoyable trip,though the atmosphere was a bit cold at first.My brother seemed to be worry about his stomach....(I guess I shouldn't talk about it here.)

We stopped in Sungai Petani for the ice blended my parents been talking non stop since they saw it on a food channel on Astro.It was quite deserted for people of other states to know about it,if it isn't so famous.Anyway,based on the newspaper cuttings the vendor has stcked there,it is really quite famous.If I were to compare it as one place in Alor Star,it will be Tai Kuan.There sold Laksa,Ice Kacang and some other things else.But,it is more comfortable over here.It is beside a river,and more seats,and cleaner with more fans.

Dad,of course,ordered his favourite red bean flavour.Mom,ordered the coconut flavour.Brother and I ordered 3+1 ,that is peanut,corn and red bean.I prefer Dad's.It is more yummy.I understand why is it famous after taking my first mouthful.It uses real groundnuts,real red bean,real corn and so on.It has got a thick texture,unlike the usual Ice Blended we usually drink in restaurant.Cold and tasty.

I enjoyed the break we had there.Dad and Mom were having fun talking about their training in Maktab Perguruan they've attended.They kept sharing with us the funniest things of their dates,their friends and so on.Bro and I just listened and we were sincerely happy to catch up such a sweet afternoon with our dear parents.
