New dinner option in KTSN
Residents in KTSN now have more options for dinner now, rather than the regular cafe food.
I decided to try it out as my roommate said the mustard sauce they use tasted quite good. I had their ice blended two days ago and it was okay, so, I was convinced to have their burger for dinner. (Turn out wasn't filling enough for big eater like me. I had to order another food in cafe after that. Oh man~~so fat)
There are four options, with funny names, trying to give us a picture of the sauces used for each hotdog burger.
"Bujang". It means single, unmarried. I had no idea how black pepper sauce with chili sauce can relate to single and not married.
"Merah Kuning", a.k.a reddish yellow, was what I ordered. Well, this kinda give a good idea of the colour of mustard sauce and chili sauce. (The taste was okay, not too bad I would say, if you like the unique flavor of yellow mustard sauce.)
"Daging-Kaw". No idea what is this but the hotdog is made of beef. Malays usually refer beef as 'Daging'. Then, the "Kaw" sounds like "cow" I guess..?
The last one is... Erm, don't remember, but it is the most expensive one due to the unique mushroom sauce. Not ready to try it cause I don't think the mushroom sauce would taste so good...? **skeptical**
Anyway, I like the fries. It tasted like McDonald fries, just less salty. This uncle has the patience to wait for the French fries to reach its best time. Hah. Compared to the cafe Western-Food-Corner-Uncle's sometimes-sloggy-fatty-fries. I would give my marks to this uncle.
This was what I had after waiting for half an hour..... **long queue***
My roommie questioned that why the uncle wouldn't put the tomato and cabbage into the burger instead.... Which sounds right too... WHY?
