First ever Christmas Eve Countdown with Cousins
I'm the youngest girl in the maternal side's family. Berry lucky, I consider myself, having lots of brothers and sisters, who love me. :)
This year, a cousin brother resigned from his job in KL and went back home to help his father with his Nasi lemak Ong. So, you could say it's a blessings too, now that we have a cousin brother, who always invites us out when he is free. We've been to Sunagi Petani once just for movie and meal before he brought us to a bar for Christmas Eve Countdown party. He actually booked a desk for eight and paid for our meal! I was the one , representing my cousins to leave the movie tickets money in his car when I got down the car last time, and this time, before we reached the bar, he warned everyone not to pay him back anymore. So, we had a big free meal.
That night, there were only three sets of dishes in the menu to be selected and each came with beer. I'm the youngest cousin, who couldn't and wouldn't take any alcohol, so, i changed it to apple juice. Hahhaha. Imagine the busy waitress face when she heard me, haha.
We played some board and card games, ate the nice salmon and lamb sets, took photos and then, don't know why, cousin brother ordered a tower of beer. I heard that tower cost nearly RM100...... š±
Alcohol is so expensive... But the tower is really cool. Never seen anything like this. Hahaha
It was fun, never been to a bar like is before. People chit chatting, playing cards, drinking beer while listening to the band singing all those songs. One thing I dislike is the smell of smoke and the noise made by all the people there. If only it were quieter, I would actually like to visit again. (Drinking apple juice his time!) haha.
Oh ya, we were given presents that night at 11:30pm. A Christmas hat, whistle and glowing stick. :D
