A day out with my GBF (Guy Best Friends)

Finally a half day off for my holiday posting. So, picked up Z at his condo near my hospital and headed towards this PH cafe which according to him, sells delicious pastry. There were only two of us, so we ditched pavlova and went for this apply crumble sth sth I can't remember. 

It tasted kinda sweet but quite delicious. But I would prefer the pie layers to be softer rather than plain crunchy. The custard and caramelized apple were not to sweet too. 

After that, we headed for another interesting place, known as PULP cafe. It's very hidden and you might probably just missed it on yor way here unless you're there before/someone brought you there. Z visited there a couple of times. I couldn't help being over excited upon reaching the place. The deco there looked like it is some workshops for coffee lovers, and also all sorts of cool stuffs arranged nicely like what you'd only see during an exhibition. Plus, even the way to the washroom and the washroom design were awesome. 

Look at Z reading and whiffing every bottle of coffee powder there. 

They don't sell sweet coffee, so I let Z ordered his usual cold brew coffee. My first sip was very unpleasant cause this coffee is cold of course, and sour!! But strangely, after a few sips, I began to love the unique taste of it. It was definitely very refreshing and it gave some special after-taste. 

Here's one selfie with Z. This guy has gotten so plump again. More chubby than last time d. Wonder when only he would start going to gym and lose some weight. Hahah. 

Before we left for another cafe, Z took a really nice potd for me. :P 

Next venue is called Sekeping Sin Chew Kee. Again, we missed this place during our first time. It's located behind VCR cafe, which I've visited with Eve, Emmeline and Wai not long ago. It has a pretty entrance, and I like it quite a bit. :O 

This place feels rather comfy, with some garden-like furniture a. I guess the owner aims to provide a cosy and homey kinda environment for the customers. Drinks are a lik expensive but I guess, if you and your besties are looking for somewhere quiet and comfortable to chit chat, it's a good place. 

Z and I took another selfie at the couch right in front of the door haha. 

Around 6pm, we left for Shane's house to pick him up for dinner with Henry and his girlfriend, plus Kappaz. Hasn't seen Shane in a while and look at how buff out he has become. Haha. He is no longer that boy who needs my to share my sweater in the cinema! Hahaha

After dinner, all of them fitted into my car and we headed towards SS12 for this apparently famous and super packed mamak store known as Murni sth sth. The guys were cray cray enough to order so many things again. And they had all just finished their dinner in Three Little Pigs and Big Bad Wolf Bangsar Village. =,=

Anyway, I bet we all had a great time chit chatting and sharing food. Haha. 

Just when we thought it's time to go home, Henry called and suggested we go for Neways midnight Karaoke promo. And guess what, we went and sang till 4am!! And trust me, singing with them is an eye opening experience. They aimed to scream, not sing. I laughed more than i sang that night I guess. Hahaha. 

I almost forget how fun it is to hangout with this group of GBFs! And one best thing when I am out with them is that I never have to drive. Haha. Crazy but unforgettable night I would say. I am secretly glad I had such experience with them, when I am in my twenties. I am certain it would be part of the memories we could laugh at one day when we were all old. They're really my angels in life. I cannot imagine my life without them. They're family. 

Before I end this, here's one of my tired and cold ootd. Love this dress from Nichii. Jeremy once said it was very chic and looks beautiful on me. But I forgot to remove my cardigan while taking this photo. Hahaha. Cause it was ady 1am and I was half dead before their screaming 'brought me back to life'. Hahaha.
