Cream Cheese Cake~Bakings during my Hols
So, it's my first time, making my own cream cheese cake. I wouldn't say it's a BAKING cause it doesn't required you to use an oven. Buy a Philadelphia cream cheese from some bakery ingredients shop, the recipe is printed on the wrappers. So, back to the topic, everytime, I just tell Mum I want this and she'll make this. Anyway, this hols is a bit too long, for someone like me, who did not go out looking for part time jobs.... So, I decided to make one myself, under her supervision. Haha
So here, the ingredients I used.
-crushed Marie biscuits (or digestive biscuits! ***but using digestive biscuits, you have to reduce the butter cause digestive biscuits is salty on its own already)
-double boiled melted butter
-cream cheese
-condensed milk (buy the one which the ingredients include Real Dairy inside.
-lemon juice (suit your taste. I personally dislike it to be too sour-ish)
-###### GELATIN ###### secret, man! :P
Mixing the butter with the crushed biscuits. Hahah
Right, this is me, the mushroom head girl haha. I was pressing the biscuits butter onto the base of the container. I didn't use the usual tray cause I want the cream cheese layer to be thick!
Tada! Perfect! Tightly pressed onto the base.
Add in gelatin the flavored cream cheese.
Pour them onto the base and Taa daaaaa! Done! Fridge it over night, and it's ready to serve! :*
Muacks! Have a piece please. :)
Oh ya, I used the left over to make one in a cup. :P
Cute right! Hahha.
Don't worry, it comes out quite easily as the base is really oily, butter! Remember? Hahha
