Baking Soda Homemade DIY Mask (Review)
This is the baking soda exfoliating mask recipe I found online:
-3 teaspoons of baking soda to 1 teaspoon of water (3:1 ratio)-
1.Apply after washing your face with any of your cleansing milk.
2. Rest it for a 10-15 minutes(till it dry off).
3. Rinse it away with water and pat it dry.
4. Apply moisturizer.
{Ps: Baking soda is also known as sodium bicarbonate. You can get it in any cake ingredient shop or even the can food department in most of the shopping mall.}
After trying this out, I decide to write a review on my own experience. I know people have done the same thing already but, who cares, whatever. Haha. My review is: Only nose area!!! Not the whole face!!! Especially if you have sensitive skin like me! I applied it to my whole face, and guess what?! A few seconds later, my cheeks felt some tingle sensation and the irritation was getting more intense. So, without a second thought I washed it away and started patting my face with water. However, in all, I have to say it works quite well. My face feels very clean and smooth. Especially my nose. I could see that it does remove most of my blackheads, as mentioned on the internet. Trust me, you will know what I mean when you touch your nose after trying out this exfoliating mask. :)
Personal advice:
Apply hydrating mask/more moisturizing cream than usual after applying the mask, cause baking soda can make your skin really dry.
Tiff.
Random thing to do tonight.
Love my smooth pretty nose.
:D
